Dosage:
1) Start with 1 capsule of DIVERCALM BOTANICALS 3 times daily with meals. Depending on your digestive condition you may find the need to increase your daily amount for best results.
2) Use 10 drops under the tongue 3 times daily of the DIVERCALM FORMULA HOMEOPATHICS in between meals. Some prefer to put the drops in 1 tsp of water first then put under the tongue.
3) Take 1 capsules of DIGESTIVE STAR 3 times daily with food.
4) Take 1 softgel of ENTERIC COATED PEPPERMINT OIL following each meal (3 times daily).
